We have been using Akela for over a year now, and they are always so kind, and prompt, and always address my concerns. We also had a termite issue that they were able to resolve and treat at a reasonable price along with their work being guaranteed. If there has ever been an issue with any insects popping up here and there, they come and do a one-time courtesy retreat promptly between services if needed. They always make sure to call beforehand, which is super helpful with young kids to make sure I am out of the house if needed. Always refer to family & friends in the area.
